Se precisar, coloque um pouco mais de farinha.&lt;br /&gt;Se quiser fazer massa colorida é bem simples.&lt;br /&gt;Divida a farinha nas partes que você deseja colorir.&lt;br /&gt;Para fazer a massa avermelhada, acrescente, antes de colocar os ovos, 1/2 xícara de beterraba cozida e amassada em 1/3 do kg de farinha.&lt;br /&gt;Para a verde, acrescente 1/2 maço de espinafre cozido, picado e espremido na mesma quantidade de farinha.&lt;br /&gt;No restante, proceda igualmente, respeitando as proporções dos ingredientes.&lt;br /&gt;Corte um bocado de massa e comece a "cilindrar" na máquina. Esta é a parte que exige maior paciência, pois, quanto mais ela for esticada, mais macia vai ficar.&lt;br /&gt;Caso você não tenha esta máquina, um rolo de macarrão serve, porém, preste atenção para que ela fique muito bem esticada. Confira os ingredientes e o preparo.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* 6 tomates maduros&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* 100ml de leite&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* 2 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* ½ xícara (chá) de manjericão fresco&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* ½ xícara (chá) de tomilho fresco&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* ½ xícara (chá) de hortelã fresca&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* ½ xícara (chá) de sálvia fresca&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* Sal e pimenta a gosto  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de preparo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lave bem os tomates. Com a ajuda de um pegador de alumínio, coloque diretamente cada tomate sobre a chama alta do fogão. Deixe a pele queimar por completo – até que se desprenda da polpa. Espere esfriar, descasque e despreze a pele tostada. Abra os tomates, retire as sementes e desmanche a polpa com as mãos. Reserve.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Em uma frigideira, aqueça o azeite, junte as ervas frescas e o alho batido com a casca. Aqueça sem deixar ferver. Em seguida, despeje a mistura de ervas e azeite ainda quente sobre os tomates. Misture bem e deixe descansar por 5 minutos. Se desejar, retire o alho e o excesso de ervas.
